Australian prodco World Wide Entertainment has just announced the employment of four new Sales Executives in a bid to aggressively promote and sell the company’s library of content and increase the company’s profile and business contacts.
"There’s no denying that content buyers are tightening the belt and adopting more cautious purchasing attitudes," says World Wide Entertainment MD Jonathan Hutchings. "The key areas to address from our point of view have become how do we make our product more attractive to existing clientele and how do we increase our reach?"
"Offering flexibility in rights availability and price while increasing the number and quality of programme titles addresses product appeal, and employment of additional Sales Executives addresses – at least partially – company reach," Hutchings says.
